Booksellers Policy

Booksellers and Subscription Agents,

The Annual Reviews year 2008 standard discount policy and ordering information for booksellers and agents is stated below and is effective January 1, 2008.

• Agent discounts are available to qualified vendors. Please contact service@annualreviews.org for single-copy orders, and sitelicense@annualreviews.org for site license orders.
• Orders shipped to any non-USA location will be billed at the published foreign rates and shipped via surface mail. If you prefer, orders may be shipped to a US freight forwarder location per your instructions, and billed at the domestic US rate. International UPS shipping is available at cost.
• There is an additional $4.00 per volume handling fee applied to all orders, maximum $12.00 handling fee for each ship-to location. Handling fees are not subject to any discounts, and are taxable in the state of California.
• California and Indiana orders must add applicable state and/or county sales tax; Canada orders must add GST (Registration #121449029RT).
• Different policies may apply to certain site license sales. Please contact sitelicense@annualreviews.org for site license discount policies.
