Claims Policy Effective 1/1/06

** We only honor claims made within 4 months of the ship date. **

Prior to submitting a claim, always:

1. Confirm via our Expected Online And Print Publication Dates that the title has been published.
2. Allow adequate delivery time. (2 weeks for domestic UPS ground, 6 to 10 weeks for domestic 4th class, 4 to 16 weeks for international)

If the book has been published and your delivery time has elapsed, you will need to file a claim with Annual Reviews. Please provide us with the following information:

• Your complete name, address, phone number and email address
• The Annual Review title and volume number
• Your vendor's name and Po. Number used for your order and check number or bank transfer number

In order to process your claim in a timely manner, please email your claim to service@annualreviews.org. Please include "claims/non-receipt" in the subject line.
