BIOBASE/Current Awareness in Biological Sciences (CABS) BIOBASE is a bibliographic current awareness database providing comprehensive coverage of the entire spectrum of biological research worldwide. CAB Abstracts is the most comprehensive databases of its kind, providing access to over 300,000 abstracts covering topics in agriculture, environment, veterinary sciences, applied economics, food science and nutrition. CAB Abstracts is published by CABI, a not-for-profit science-based development and information organization dedicated to improving people’s lives by providing information and applying scientific expertise to solve problems in agriculture and the environment.
Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) monitors, indexes, and abstracts the world's chemistry-related literature and patents, updates this information daily, and makes it accessible through state-of-the-art information services. CAS databases cover many scientific disciplines, including biomedical sciences, chemistry, engineering, materials science, agricultural science, and more.
Compendex is one of the most comprehensive engineering literature databases available to engineers. With 11.3 million records across 190 engineering disciplines, Compendex delivers the comprehensive, precise information and insights that researchers need.
The American Economic Association’s electronic bibliography, EconLit, indexes more than thirty years of economics literature from around the world. Compiled and abstracted in an easily searchable format, EconLit is a comprehensive index of journal articles, books, book reviews, collective volume articles, working papers and dissertations.
Embase is the most comprehensive online source of authoritative biomedical literature. It contains over 20 million records from more than 7,000 active authoritative journals, including over 1,800 biomedical titles not offered by MEDLINE.

PubMed provides free access to MEDLINE, the principal online bibliographic citation database of the National Library of Medicine that contains over 16 million references to journal articles in life sciences with a concentration on biomedicine. The Journal Citation Reports are also available in the Web of Science, offering a way for researchers to evaluate the world’s leading journals with quantifiable, statistical information based on citation data.
